Mr. Chad Moss is a student at the University of New Hampshire.  Studying biology, 
Chad works as a pool boy.  He spends his days cleaning out the pools of many of 
Blackport's wealthiest residents.  He is a close friend of Miss Kelley Meadow-Brook.
